Who can open an account?
Anyone aged 18 or over who is legally allowed to gamble in their country. Only one account per person is permitted.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Verification (KYC) protects you and us against fraud and is required by our licence. Upload a photo ID and a proof of address in Account → Verification; most documents are checked within 24 hours.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page. We will email you a link to set a new password.
Deposits and withdrawals
How do I make a deposit?
Open your account, choose Deposit, pick a payment method and enter the amount. The minimum deposit is €10.
How fast are withdrawals?
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team, usually within a few hours. Verified accounts are processed fastest. The time until the money reaches you depends on the payment method.
Are there any fees?
We do not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges.
Bonuses
What is a wagering requirement?
Bonus money must be wagered a set number of times before it turns into withdrawable cash. For example, a 100 bonus with a 30× requirement needs 3,000 in bets. Progress is shown in Account → Bonuses.
How do promo codes work?
Enter the code in Account → Bonuses. Each code can usually be redeemed once per player and only while it is valid.
Games
Are the games fair?
Yes. Every game uses a certified random number generator and publishes its RTP. KinetX Originals settle each round on our servers before the animation starts.
What happens if my connection drops during a round?
The round is completed on our servers and the result is credited to your balance. You can check it in Account → History.
